To make matters worse, my (almost 16-yo) daughter scolded me tonight, saying "it's all YOUR fault dad -- I TOLD you you needed to get them read, or you run the risk of someone spoiling it for you". Sigh. I do enjoy the darn books, just too many in the queue and not nearly enough time to get to them. I too avoided recent Potter postings until I'd finished book 6. I made my statement about #5 figuring anyone following the Potter series would have read it by now. I should have known better.
