That truly is a gorgeous shot Joe. I was amazed at how closely it matched the predicted model of the corona from Predictive Science (NASA supported) which was shown at AstroCon. Hi friends, Here's one of the photos I took of the total solar eclipse yesterday, from a site about 35 1/2 miles south of Donnelly Idaho. I used my old Nikon D-70 at ISO 200 and a zoom lens set to 400 mm. The photo was taken at 1/20 of a second, f/8, and the camera was hand-held.
