Just remember, on August 27th, Mars will appear as big as the full Moon. I may as well start the rumor early. On Tue, Mar 4, 2014 at 8:57 AM, Chuck Hards <chuck.hards@gmail.com> wrote:
Funny you should post this today, Debbie. Just last night we watched "John Carter" (not as bad as the critics said it was) and the day before I was thinking about "Robinson Crusoe on Mars" (with Adam West!). And I noticed some Mars DVD with Val Kilmer in the closet, that I've not bothered to watch before.
I guess with Mars fast approaching (or I guess we are approaching Mars), it's the season for all things Martian. Time to dust-off the Bradbury.

I checked amazon.com for some best seller books and I saw this book called "The Martian" by Andy Weir. Has anybody read it. It looks kind of interesting. It is a story about astronauts landing on Mars. It may be a fun read.
