Thanks, Deb. It was a great trip in most respects. We visited many classical sites and places from the Middle Ages. But the tour pushed too hard, rousting everybody up sometimes as early as 5:30 and often keeping us going until late at night. Eclipse day was the only time everybody could just sleep in. By the time it was finished we were worn out and sick -- many people had a horrid cold, including David Levy. I was so exhausted and dehydrated, with my various body chemistry levels so jumbled, that I fainted dead away in the Athens boat terminal. Fortunately a nurse caught my head before it hit. I was out something like a minute. Unbelievably, that minute was pleasant! It was the strangest thing, like going to heaven and seeing people I missed and who missed me. When I came to a nurse from our tour was puring water on my head and using her hand to brush it away, a doctor was checking my pulse and a huge crowd was gathered around -- humiliating. Best wishes, Joe
