Hi all. I am also offering my Losmandy G-11 mount with Gemini goto computer. This mount has carried my scopes for every image I have ever posted on this forum or on my website. It is a proven performer, with excellent goto capabilities and computer control through "The Sky" and many other programs. I hesitate to sell this but I am looking lustfully at a new Paramount MX and building a larger imaging scope. It has an upgraded precision worm gear, upgraded clutch knobs, upgraded weight stop, and it has been cleaned and maintained to perform beautifully. The price is $2300 with the heavy wooden tripod. Hi, I purchased a little CG5, mounted my Takahashi FC76 and bolted on a 300mm Nikon Camera Lens with a 1.25 inch lens piece adapter for my lodestar. With cameras and mounting plates the Load on the mount is 17 lbs. The 300mm lens is really nice for a guide scope. I shot this picture of M31 last night. First picture ever with this grab and go. Scott used to office in the World Trade Center. I remember panicking on 9-11, and was relieved when I got his email that he had moved to Japan before the attack. Alexi Leonov owns a model of the Apollo-Soyuz vehicles linked together, that I gave him in '77.
