When I was 'snmpwalk'-ing mdmCsConnectFailReason on NMC (it's the same if you run TCM and look at HiPer DSP Modem - Performance - "Reason for Call Failure") - I noticed that on some DSPs there are not enough modems (on DSP in 2nd slot it was 29 modems, same on 6th slot), on ARC list interfaces - all interfaces was "up up". What is this? Bug? Error on NMC/DSP? After rebooting NMC everything is ok.
