Dear Professionals! Can anybody help me with enabling of "Caller ID" function on Total Control Analog/Digital modems? I have TC 1000 with NetServer Pri and Quad Analog/Digital modems cards. Incoming calls are going through the Modem NIC with common phone lines. TCM version - 8.2.6. Thanks in advance. Denis
I think that analog cant get Caller-ID. Its possible on digital (E1 or T1). Denis Frolov wrote:

How would I enable caller id using a t1? First your provider has to send the digits. There are a bunch of formats and that is part of what the switch type sets for you.
