Thank you all for help. Actually this TC is running TCS 4.3. I want to "Software reset" NMC.

Technically, a chassis does not require an NMC to function. It's just a lot
easier to manage with an NMC in it :-)
Unless he has old NMC code, there was something a few years back that the NMC would reset all the modems in a chassis during boot. I think it was a 6.x.x version, don't remember since it's been so long ago. I think it was TCS 3.5's original HiPer NMC code.
