I'm facing this problem of the subscribers getting busy and fast busy tones when they're dialing in to TC, I have 2 ARCS and 6 DSP's.Calls are handled fine by ARC1 which is designated for DSP on slot 6but when it fills up, ARC2 ( which handles DSP's on 1-5) fails to take the calls, this happens in somewhat fixed interval of time( 6 hours) I have been reseting the ARC2 to SS7 gateway connection for quick fix.Any suggestions in this matter would be helpful. --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!?
