Our Total Controls are currently set up for first available modem routing method (where incoming calls will always hit the first available port), and we are looking at switching to Round Robin (where incoming calls are sent to the next trunk). Does anybody have any advice, experience, or cautions regarding this?

We would do RR if we could (phone company says it's not possible). The only downside I see is that if a modem does go stupid it might take longer to notice.
