I just bought some Hiper DSP Card sets. They are Hardware version 0.54.0 and software code 3.1.7. I have 3 cards do the same thing. I will have about 10 to 15 users online and it will just drop them. I then can open up Total Control Manager and see the DSP is Yellow. I do a restore to service and it works, for a while and will do the same thing. Can someone help me out with this? Yeah, I have had these on two different trunks in two different cities. I copied the configs from card to card and It works on my old DSP cards, just not my new ones? My question is why would I have to do a restore to service to get the thing to work? Do you get an alarm light on your NMC when this happends? If so..what's it say under performance monitor on TCM? You say that you have 3 cards that do the same thing....meaning they turn yellow in TCM and drop your users. Do they all do this in the same chassis? Do you have other DSP's in your chassis? Do you have other DSP's running the same code that work fine elsewhere? If you are telneted into the hiperarc and do a list interfaces are they down for the yellow card? Yes I get an alarm light on the NMC when this happens. managementBusFailure(6) Yeah all 3 cards are doing the same thing. They are Doing this in Two Seperate Chasis I have 8 DSP in this Chasis running 3.1.7 and 5 DSP in the other running 3.1.7, no issues running 3.1.7 anywhere else. It shows Down Down on the list interfaces for that slot?
