hi i have 3com total control, i set a RJ45 to DB9 pin cable i can see the NMC bootup and menu but i have no access on keyboard to enter or type anything the same cable i use it on the access router console it work normally and i can type and configure. any help why i cant type or use the keyboard on the NMC console while the same cable work fine on the access router console???
