I just bought some brand new 3Com TC 1000 gear that had been tied up in a tax dispute involving 3com and the original distributor, and the equipment is fully new and registerable. But I have had no luck in finding out who the heck to register it with anymore now that commworks is gone. Who knows? Thanks! Rob

Right - but no luck so far in actually finding out how or where to do the registering part. If you want a service contract, you need to go through a vendor such as Solunet: http://www.solunet.com. On 25 May 2004 at 18:24, Rob wrote:

The last time I bought new equipment (it's been a while) we also had to buy a service contract. You could only get those through resellers like Solunet. Give them a call - I'm sure they can help you figure it out. On 26 May 2004 at 18:54, Rob wrote:
