Having a problem. Trying to help someone out configuring a chassis, and I

can't access a 30 channel DSP (E1 version) with my TCM.

Here's the error:

I click the lights at the top of the card. Click Configure->Programmed

Settings, and get an error message that says "Error Opening Device Description File".

Anyone have any suggestion, or the correct file I need to make it work?
