hi, i am curious to find out that what usually the list members would recommend for abnormally long connections? i am running a hiper DSP chasis and once in a month or so get a fake long connection to handle. any suggestions how to fix it even from happening? rgds,

Hey Shan, I actually meant what code are you running on the Hiper DSP's. You can figure this out by selecting configure....inventory under total control manager. Looks like you're running an older arc code, might be running an older dsp code as well. Some of the code has issues. Try and post the dsp code version.
