Last few month our chassis is experiencing a huge problems. We have 6 DSPs 1 ARC and 1 NMC. ARC has 64Mb ram and 8 Mb flash. DSPs reboot at least once per day. ARC - once a week. What can be reason for this? What can I do to prevent rebooting? P.S. how can I open support ticket or smth. like this with commworks if I don't have contract, or where can I buy contract?
