I am getting an error message that says cannot open device initial file, anyone know how to fix this ? it happens when I try to click on performance and then ds0 and click the chack box for span line select all. Not sure...does this happen only to that card? Have you tried resetting the card and then trying again? Are you running the TCM version that goes with the revision of software you have on your other cards? So 6.0.23 is the TCM software from TCS version 3.6. My only suggestion is that maybe the card you're using (I'm assuming Hiper DSP's) have software that is not from TCS 3.6. I can't remember the exact errors I got but I have experienced problems when trying to use an older version of Total Control Manager on cards that have newer software on it. You could also try reinstalling TCM.
