Hello: System: TC1000 1-HiPer NMC 2-HiPerARC 10-Hiper DSP Problem: I am trying to setup this 3COM chassis. I open the Total Control Manager & select all DSP cards. Then I make the changes. Then: Software > Save Both T1/E1 and Modem to NVRAM > Execute Software > Software Reset > Execute Configure > Action/Commands This portion of the DSP settings and saving is success. Then I try to save the Chassis, as follows: Select NMC Card. Configure > Action/Commands Software > Save Chassis to NVRAM > Execute NOW THE PROBLEM. Sometimes there is "Success" and other times the result code "InProgress" stays on for ever. What is the problem? Is there any other way to save the DSP settings? I am working on this problem for 2-weeks and any HELP is highly appreciated>. Thanks, Thanks & many many thanks for a quick response. Kirti
Not real sure but I would try increasing the polling rate from say 5 seconds to 15 seconds. Might be trying to poll it when it's not quite finished. Have you noticed whether or not the savings actually saved even when it sits there and says "In Progress" Todd -----Original Message----- From: usr-tc-bounces+berto=core.com@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:usr-tc-bounces+berto=core.com@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of Kirti S.
