I was trying to upgrade my NETServer/16 I-modem firmware to V.90 from the factory default of V.34.

I used the NETServer Manager Plus to upload the firmware to the NETServer and received the message "Failed" on all ports. The LED lights are now all RED and I get "NO RESPONSE" when I send any command to the modems.

Does anyone know how I can revert back to the factory V34 settings? When I try to upload any firmware now I get the "Failed" message.
