Did you setup a snmp string via console on the NMC and/or HiperNMC?
Are you using those same snmp strings in TCM to access the NMC's?

I have bought some NMC and Hiper NMC NIC and NAC recently, I can't access to them with TCM, all of them response to ping and console, I have tested several Chassis, How do you think about it?
