This is unusual as this is usually very simple. Ill throw a couple things at you and you can choose your path as Im not sure how much experience you have with these: 1) Did you verify via console that the snmp strings are set to private / public or are you assuming that? 2) Youre positive that in TCM you have the strings set to private / public? 3) Are there any access lists setup on the NMC that are only allowing snmp from certain addresses? 4) Did you set the nmc's back to factory defaults to avoid any situations like #3 or #1? 5) Are you able to do a snmpwalk on the boxes from a linux box? i.e. snmpwalk -v 1 -c public mynmc 6) Have you tried flashing the cards with a different software version?
