[USR-TC] overlap

Hi! some users were encountered carrier loss during or while connected. with this, the usage w/ carrier loss encounter an overlap connection becaue the ras was not able to send a termination request to the radius. does anyone encounter with this kind of problem? pls advise. thanks,
