      3.5.12 of the DSP software is the devil - get 3.5.109, not sure if it solves your specific problem but it is more reliable.

Here are the version info of my TC which encounters auto resetting of DSP cards
and found bus management failure.

DSP  : V5.3.110/Non-Encr
NMC :  8.6.3
DSP : 3.5.12
