The only thing similar to this in my experience is an incorrect MTU setting (usually in your radius) config. I believe the TC's default to something else but if they (or your radius server) are not set to 1500 MTU your users will have problems going to Microsoft's site among a few others. Anything similar on your end Jim as far as double bounces with your mail server or anything else that you can point to that may have changed recently in your network (i.e. auth settings) Todd -----Original Message----- From: usr-tc-bounces+berto=core.com@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:usr-tc-bounces+berto=core.com@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of Jim Johnson Sent: Saturday, January 27, 2007 2:14 PM To: Discussion relating to the 3Com/US Robotics Total Control modem systems. Hello:

Got a strange problem. Several of our dial-in clients are complaining that they can dial-in, are authenticated and can go to various web sites BUT NOT to any 'Microsoft' or 'MSN' web site.
For several months, our system is the same with no changes. Two weeks ago, we had was a large number of double bounces on our mail server.
This problem started about a week ago.
Has anybody seen the same problem?
Thanks.
Kirti
