Are you issuing the command 'cmd dchanup' from the DSP card? I believe what you're going to want to do is bring up that chassis using the NMC / total control manager and configure the dsp settings from there using TCM. Then you can save the settings and they'll be there when you reboot. It's also a much nicer interface than consoling into the dsp.
