[USR-TC] High Speed WAN w/an NMC

I have a bunch of High Speed WAN/Ethernet NIC's, the ones normally used for Netservers. Is there any way to make these work with an NMC? Theres a jumper on the NIC that says NMC/NAC and I've tried both and the NMC will try and boot and then just reboot. TIA Timothy C.
