What does command _set memory threshold critical/high/low do? For what is this threshold used? P.S. (for them who dont know): to show hidden commands type "_reveal commands" and then type "?".

simultaneous use - 1 chassis, two ARC's

I am using ICRadius with my TC1000. All reply items have Simultaneous-use = 1. I also use SNMP to ask the ARC if a user is on or not. What seems to be happening is that a user can dial in and get his first session from one ARC. A second dialer can then hit the second ARC and also be allowed in. The RADIUS server checks the ARC via SNMP and verifies that the user isn't on. Of course the user is on, just not on that ARC. Has anyone seen this and if so what did you do about this? Hi, I am having problem with a Total Control box (Dual E1 PRI, Quadmodems, NetServer and NMC). It accepts call, the modem handshakes properly, then it can not connect to NetServer. Nothing appears on terminal window. I just bought some brand new 3Com TC 1000 gear that had been tied up in a tax dispute involving 3com and the original distributor, and the equipment is fully new and registerable. But I have had no luck in finding out who the heck to register it with anymore now that commworks is gone. Who knows? Thanks! Rob

E1/R2 timeout

Hi, recently in bought a new E1/R2 line from telco connected to my 3Com tc 1000. it works fine with most of the customes. but for some remote telco exchanges, when the user dials my new e1/r2 number they get 3 beeps and then the error "line is busy". when i contacted telco they said that i have to reduce the timeout delay on my 3com box. can anyone suggest how can i achive to do this.. please help me out. also let me know wheather i need not set the timeout on perticular card or the entire chaises. Multilink PPP problem

Can anyone shed any light on the following error message from MONITOR PPP? New PPP Call received on interface slot:2/mod:8 PPP - Authentication Complete to jbusisdn. PPP - Expanded Authentication Complete to jbusisdn. (IPCP) Layer Down for Bundle 23075, Link 42174784, to jbusisdn. PPP connection down to jbusisdn. Radius is assigning a single IP to the user. The user is using a Cisco ISDN 802 router configured for multilink PPP. The first call succeeds and is assigned the IP--the second call fails with the above error. If I modify Radius to give a dynamic IP address, two calls are established with two IP addresses--even though multilink PPP is configured in the router. I've got other users using other brand routers getting two channels bonded with no problem. Anybody have any thoughts? John R. Aynesworth Alexssa/Hnet 303 N.
