Mates,
Happy Turkey Day weekend.
Does anyone have a template motion to disqualify a prosecutor who is also a witness in the same matter? I am always up for a chat regarding doing so if you have experience in such matters...
Be well,

Rebecca and I are looking for feedback on evidentiary hearings on Zoom in federal court. Please let me know what the problems were and if you believe that trials could be conducted on zoom. We had a panel discussion on the plexiglass courtrooms. Do any of you think that doing trials on zoom may be better?
