Dear Members and Friends of the T'ang Studies Society, The Society is happy to announce that it will sponsor one or more deserving panels on topics related to the study of the Tang dynasty at the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Association for Asian Studies in Boston and online. The sponsorship includes small subventions for individual panelists. The funding is intended to defray some of the costs of society members presenting Tang-relevant research at the AAS Annual Meeting, including travel and registration expenses. Funding levels are determined during the review process. Scholars at any stage of their careers are eligible. Papers intended for future submission to the Tang Studies journal will receive priority. The application deadline is November 15, 2022.
