County Lines Friday, May 20, 2005 WEBER COUNTY Agents find child porn on computer OGDEN -- A preliminary hearing was held Wednesday for an Ogden man accused of having child pornography on his computer. Paulo Barretto, 37, faces charges on three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. Rod Layton, Internet Crimes Against Children task force member, said the suspect was arrested May 1 after an acquaintance of the suspect contacted ICAC agents. Layton said the acquaintance had noticed child pornography on the suspect's home computer. Two ICAC agents responded to Barretto's home and confiscated the computer. Layton said the agents determined there was enough evidence to arrest Barretto. They did so later that day. Layton said a search warrant has recently been served for forensic teams to mull over the computer.
