fyi Couple accused of exploitation of minor to remain in federal custody A federal judge has ordered a Logan couple to remain in custody pending 30-day mental health evaluations after they were arrested last week for allegedly recording images of two young children engaging in sex acts. Keith Anderson, 46, and Terri Michele Anderson, 28, will undergo the evaluation to help determine whether they'll be eligible for bail when they return to court July 12, Assistant U.S. Attorney Michele Christiansen said Monday.
