Singer gets 30 days in jail for sex solicitation A former visiting performer with Logan's Utah Festival Opera Company, who was arrested last year in Ogden on suspicion of soliciting sex from a 13-year-old girl over the Internet, was sentenced Tuesday to 30 days in jail. David Nyman Gustafson, 38, of Oregon also was ordered by 2nd District Court Judge Scott M. Hadley to participate in a sex offender treatment program and serve 36 months of probation. He pleaded guilty on Feb. 15 to a second-degree felony charge of enticing a minor over the Internet and a class-A misdemeanor charge of distributing pornographic material.
