Good afternoon all, Just a few updates for you: 1. I met with the Superintendent and Executive Director of Human Resources along with other Presidents earlier this month. The only B&G concerns were to conclude negotiations officially and some safety concerns for the IT Techs at the CLCs. 2. Chay and I met with Ricardo and Paul. We thanked them for appreciation day and discussed concerns about the new provisional status and grounds issues. 3. Chay and I met with Ricky and Merv today. Among the topics we discussed were starting some kind of employee recognition/appreciation and we want feedback from the members/employees. One idea was bringing back the golden bulldog and having it available to all the B&G departments. If you have any ideas please let me, Chay or Ricky know. 4. B&G and the other associations can have input in the next superintendent selection. Human Resources encourages us to fill out the survey on the district website. If you have any specific questions or concerns let me know and I can forward them to Board President Ford. 5. Chay and I are meeting with IT leadership on Monday.
