Hello Members, we are running out of ideas for our unique 1 item for our specific group in negotiations. The COLA is already factored into the financial Package for negotiations, We are working on professional development with the other groups, and the sick leave payout of 19% when you retire is being worked on with other groups. Insurance is changing providers but the cost is staying the same, so we cant use that. We need some more ideas. Currently the next one up is to cash out vacation, and allow the district to set the criteria. The provisional status is being discussed but it may or may not fall through. we need ideas of what you want.
