Ben, I agree, there needs to be a better communication structure between employee groups. I appreciate your support. We are planning some type of Rally or something for June 18 at the next board meeting.
It is interesting that you were told we had settled. We are now officially at impasse, so we can talk about it, which we have obviously been doing as you may have seen the media reports.

We wondered why you had shot so low. We agreed largly because we were told that you had settled. With the knowledge that if that was not true we could exercise a provision in our agreement to reopen negotiations.
We need to work on our communications so we do not get played off each other in the future.
I think we should talk. Your fight is our fight. If we had known we could have increased the record attendance at the board meeting with all the classified groups represented.
I am cc all the classified negotiating teams so they can weigh in themselves.
P.S. I have not signed the agreement at this time and intend to wait as long as I can.
