Over the course of the last 6-8 months UDOT and a group of cyclists have been working on getting Cycling Share the Road signs up throughout the state. The first spots to get these signs placed will be Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. UDOT is planning to do this statewide. This is a great thing for the cycling community and UDOT asks that we (the cycling community) please come and share in the unveiling of the signs: Saturday May 14, 2005 1:00-1:30 pm Mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon Park and Ride Please come with your bikes to show your support!! There should be plenty of time to get in one of the club scheduled rides for that day and still make the unveiling. This is a cycling advocacy event not a formal ride. Thanks. Raleigh
