Mostly flat routes in the valley without lights are few. But here are some: 1300w Starting at 126000s Head south and follow around to prison. At prison head down the Westside frontage road to the first exit, there is one hill on the frontage road, but fairly flat other than that. ~20mi I-80 frontage from 5600w West to marina, alt you can head south at salt air over the bridge towards the copper processing plant and rt201. You could start at the business park or take the bike path through the airport for a warm up. ~21mi about as flat is it gets. Antelope Island, course s/b marked from the national championships last month. Start at dirt parking lot just past marina on the East road. Out and back towards ranch.
