Because of the Heat, Mickey has agreed to provide Sag and follow The Cycling for Weight Management Ride. He is willing to breakaway and respond to those who may find themselves in need of help on the Beer Widows Ride as well as the Thursday Night Bike & Brew. If you are on either of these rides and need assistance You may reach him by Cell @ 201-8923 He will be carrying water & Tubes and if needed can take you back to the start of whatever ride you are on.
