[BBTC Ride_calendar] 13th Ride cancelled

Air conditions that affect most of the senses mandates that this afternoon's ride be cancelled. (For the curious that would be sight, taste, smell, touch, but not necessarily hearing unless the gunk stops up your ears) Plus my illogical choice of placing a minimum temperature further restricts the available options and it looks like today wont make it to 40 degrees.
