Dave,
I am working on the Point Of The Mountain Aqueduct project that is going through Draper and Sandy.  Rather than having bikers depend solely on the electronic traffic signs, I wanted to let you and as many bikers as possible--bikers that use the eastside frontage road to Utah County--to know that this road will be closing temporarily.

Minuteman drive in one area at the point of the mountain is currently reduced to one-way traffic.  Within the first two weeks of March, not before the week of March 6, this road will close to all through traffic--walkers, bikers, personal vehicles etc.  Rough/limited access will only be maintained to the quarries.  The eastside Frontage road on the south end at the Murdock canal (across from Staker Parsons) will also be closed.  This will go through most of the summer.

Access to the Point of the Mountain Air Park will be available from the south, through Traverse Ridge.

Hopefully you will be able to pass this information along to those you know that may use this road.  If you are interested in knowing more about this project, please visit our website www.pomapipe.com or feel free to call me if you have any questions.
