Antelope Island, course s/b marked from the national championships last month. Start at dirt parking lot just past marina on the East road. Out and back towards ranch.
The nationals course is marked with 10K, 20K and 34K turn arounds... I also like to TT the causeway, that's up to 13 miles out and back. There are mile marker counting down to the island, (the pay station is about mile 6.7.) If you add the north end of the island you get about 17 miles, 13 completely flat and 4 miles lightly rolling.
