Hey everyone, I had
hoped to post this update earlier but unfortunately time goes faster than
me.
Tomorrow’s ride
will feature four loops: 1st – the green course is 14 miles
long and is a great ride for novice riders not wanting a lot of climbing. It will
meander around Holladay and Millcreek areas with
minimal elevation changes. 2nd – the yellow course is 22 miles
and offers more of a challenge with more climbing, similar to the Wed night
evergreen loop rides. 3rd – the blue course is the core of the
loops, its 35 miles and is a great intermediate type ride. We will work our way
around and up to the mouth of little cottonwood and then stay high as we ride
north to the mouth of Emigration canyon down and then back south to the finish.
4th – the red course will follow the blue course out to 9800 S
and then continue south through Draper to south mountain up to Sun Crest and
back and then finish following the blue course. After the rides everyone is
welcome to spend the rest of the day at the house for a potluck BBQ.
I hope to see everyone
tomorrow to kick off the labor day weekend!!
