Hello fellow BBTC members! This year we are excited to host a silent auction with 100% of the proceeds going to the Huntsman Cancer Foundation <http://www.huntsmancancerfoundation.org>. Riders, their families and friends will bid in the auction and take home wonderful merchandise that may include event tickets, art, trips, furniture and spectacular gift baskets. This is a great way to give to a great cause! We invite you to donate to our spectacular auction. What should I give? When selecting an item(s) keep in mind that it will be on display during the ride as well as our pre and post ride activities. Please choose something that has a broad appeal and will attract bidders to raise money for Huntsman Cancer Foundation <http://www.huntsmancancerfoundation.org>. In general, hot items include unusual apparel or home furnishings, original art, jewelry and personal services i.e. laundry pick up & delivery service. Additional suggestions: * Gift baskets with "theme" items: * pamper yourself basket: massage gift certificate, bath salts, oils, aroma therapy candles * Italian basket: virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, aged cheeses, olives, pastas, etc. * Night out basket: tickets to a show/ballet, dinner at a downtown restaurant, overnight at a B & B or hotel * Car wash basket: chamois cloth, brushes, buckets, interior cleaning, etc. * Wine baskets: including a few unique bottles, crackers, cheese * Wearable art such as a jacket or special jewelry, hand painted skis, hand-knit throw * Original oil paintings, photographs, water colors, yard art sculpture How can I benefit from this opportunity?
