Early morning spin class at West Valley Family Fitness Center (5415 W. 3100 S.). This hour and 45 minute class will contain a variety of challenging terrain including hills, sprints and other cycling specific drills. This is a great way to train when the roads are icy. Your first class is free with your BBTC membership card. Arrive early, space is limited

Meet in the parking lot at the entrance to Antelope Island State Park. Take I-15, exit 335 and drive west about 7 miles. There is an entrance fee of $4 per bike or $8 per car. We\'ll ride across the causeway, around the north end of the island and down the east side to the Fielding Garr ranch and back. Be sure to call or check your email if the weather looks questionable.

Meet at the 15th East entrance to Sugarhouse Park and head south to Evergreen and up to Wasatch Blvd. head to Cottonbottom and through Holiday and back to the park. Have lunch at the Fiddlers Elbow and attend the General Membership Meeting.
