Live Earth - great Police set
Too short, but VERY rocking, which is what they needed to come out and do. It was not a time or place for Wrapped. Driven was a shining moment for Andy, I thought. I coulda done without Kanye West, for sure.I think I saw Andy actually start to laugh when he started to rap. John Mayer was thankfully not too obvious in the song (I know some of you love JM and were probably having a heart attack when he came out). Nice moment for the Police in front of the world (at least those who are still awake in the ROTW). Should be a nice 4-song snipped when they put out the Live Earth DVD. Because the broadcaster down here, flicked around all the countries we are now still watching Bon Jovi. <sigh> -----Original Message----- From: police-bounces+mathew=wattobay.com@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:police-bounces+mathew=wattobay.com@mailman.xmission.com]On Behalf Of Maggie White Sent: Sunday, 8 July 2007 1:39 PM To: police@mailman.xmission.com Subject: [Police] Live Earth - great Police set Too short, but VERY rocking, which is what they needed to come out and do.
