The Ebay tickets...
Interesting to note that the response I had from Tina said the tickets were starting low and that they expected the tickets to go for much higher, being an auction.... Well... Keeping an eye on all of them, the highest one of the batch has gone for so far is 4.56 Euros over the start price, with a massive 4 bids.... 2 others have gone for the starting price, with only 1 bid.... There are 2 other sets ending in just over 4 hours, with 0 bids.... Ever get the feeling that nobody else thinks it's worth the money either??? Makes me glad I didn't rush to buy the tickets.... but now I'm just not so glad I joined the fanclub. They've lost their credibility now if you ask me... I mean, if these were charity fundraisers, why didn't they do something with the first days takings from the launch of the new fanclub??? I mean, $65 a year, per person.... do we really cost that much in admin for the amount of stuff we receive??? I doubt it, so where does all that money go? So it's a big "Told you so" to the fan club, for undercutting us fans, and not even telling us that ticket packages were going to be launched on Ebay... I mean, you pay $65 for a premiere package, and only find out what the fanclub is doing when another fan happens to be browsing Ebay and catches them at it!!! Were they not going to tell us members at all?? Just what information do we get for our money? J.

Well she was wrong. I just won the last pair (I guess I won the membership too, but I don't care so much about that).

For the record I was the only bidder.

It is certainly a lot of money. The most I've ever payed for a concert by far. But I will coincidentally be visiting relatives in Germany during that time (I am from Canada) so this seems to me a very rare experience that I would be remiss to not attempt. I feel bad for those of you who joined the club. I was going to join for the sole reason of purchasing the tickets. But the extra $65US just for the privilige to buy tickets (as least that's how I saw it) did not justify it. The ebay tickets were the right deal for me. Best regards, Mark.
