In reply to Michele Petri's post - Sting endorses a series of yoga tapes called 'The Flow Series' from the White Lotus Foundation. It's mentioned on sting.com - click on 'news in full', then scroll way down.- I have them and I don't know a thing about yoga, but after trying them, they do seem to help develop muscles and flexibility. But you have to be kind of strong and flexible in the first place to do all the poses! (I'm still working up to that part as I can't do it all yet (and this is the first tape!) I don't think it's all that cardiovascular, but who knows what happens in the other two, harder tapes. They just LOOK like poses, but I know that just slowly doing squats gets your heart rate up. Well, not to write a book, but I think they're worth it if you're into fitness. :) (in half an hour, the games begin! Ohhh, the games we play...)
