Re: [Police] The bitter Sting of Tears
Wow! What a nice thing to read after all that's been going around. Sounds like you're a very lucky man and Kim a very lucky lady. Best wishes and happy holidays to you, Kim, baby Gavin and the girls! Michelle In a message dated 12/7/01 7:34:36 PM, sheehansound@earthlink.net writes:
Hello All,
This goes out to all of the Senior List Members as well as the Junior List Members.
On December 1, 1999 it all changed for me!!! I had this concert I had been waiting for! Of all the Sting and Police shows I had previously seen, there was seemingly no line for this one for tickets. I stepped up with a friend of mine and bought a ticket to the future. Sting fourth row at the State Theatre in Detroit.
Well, as it turns out this good friend of mine, a teacher, who could not attend due to prior committment, suggested I go with a friend of his, who was interested to go. He told me she was a woman, and " hoped I would'nt mind". I had no resistance to this of course.
During the show a purple light (heavenly) was shining down on Kim, and I swear as God as my witness I said, "this woman is my wife". I looked at her and there was something, God knows what it is,? That tells you this is my future.
At the end of that show I shook Stings hand. I left the venue feeling different. Well everybody I am alot different. I am Married to a wonderful woman, whom I met at a Sting Concert.(go figure), I am a new daddy of a wonderful boy Gavin Michael, and I am stepdad to 4 wonderful girls. I am not really sure how this all works out with the big man above, but I am married to a wonderful woman I met at a Sting concert. God knows I could not have dreamed it up any better. This story has lots of chapter's, but I had to let you all know where I have been lately!! Very Happy indeed. Happy Holidays!!
Take Carel,
Terrence Sheehan
