Hi Blue, According to the liner notes, Mike Howlett (now a record producer) was actually the one to "discover" Sting's amazing vocal talents and had asked him to sing on some demos he was recording. He then got a group together for the demos. Apparently this CD is a result of a live show in Paris on the May date you saw on the back. Mike tried hawking this group with no takers, Stew went on to form the Police and the rest is History. I consider this one of the gems in my collection. The Every Little Thing recording is not "Strontium 90" but PURE Sting. Nothing better! Hope you can still get a copy. Michelle In a message dated 4/11/02 1:57:33 PM, BlueTurtle7777@aol.com writes:
Hi! Does anyone of you know something about a Police Cd called Strontium 90?
On the cover it says that there are live recordings from a Police concert on 28 May 1977 and the first studio recordings of Police on this Cd. And who is Mike Howlett? Blue turtle
