I always figured that the last big influx of young fans happened with Brand New Day (I arrived at roughly that time), but I'm surprised that I'm not the youngest fan by any means, from what I'm hearing... that may also be the influence of bands popular with teens and twenty-somethings namechecking the Police as an influence. And if those people have heard about the tour, and heard the extra airplay the old stuff has been getting, then they may well be looking for a way of getting into the band's stuff. We'll see what, if anything, turns up later... Ang
